About Me

Stephanie Alexander is an artist and animator with a BFA in Animation from Laguna College of Art + Design. She is currently working on a short term project at Wild Canary and will be available for work in September. Her previous roles include being a storyboard artist on Disney Jr.’s “Ariel” and “Playdate with Winnie the Pooh” and Mo Willem’s “Naked Mole Rat Gets Dressed”, storyboard supervisor on “Kindergarten: The Musical”, and a revisionist on “Muppet Babies (2018)”. She is a talented traditional animator, having worked at studios such as Aerial Contrivance Workshop, Studio MDHR, and Duncan Studio.

Stephanie was born in Houston, TX and lived there for the first 19 years of her life. After high school she was accepted to LCAD and sped off to sunny California. She currently lives with her cat Luna, dog Mabel, and husband Nathan in beautiful SoCal and enjoys being very far away from the oppressive humidity of the Texas swamp, though she does miss Texmex.

Stephanie enjoys hiking, baking, board games, playing banjolele, knitting, and attending music festivals.
